It was very quiet, friendly staff and location was good. Our room didn’t have toiletries, coffee cups, someone’s hair was still in the shower and the a/c was making a noise so my husband pulled the filters out and they were Disgusting!!!! I cleaned them and we had better air flow and it was cooler. We stayed 2 nights and the maid never brought us clean towels or emptied our trash!!

I gave this hotel a 3. We chose this hotel because of the location. It suited us well. We were welcomed by a wall of cigarette smoke in the hallways of this non-smoking establishment. The pros - Dealing with the staff was a great experience - no snags and very friendly. The cons - the room was dirty. Things were not cleaned in what seemed like a long time. The list: - ceiling had dustbunnies hanging from the stucco - old dirt under chairs including other garbage - light switches had grime on them - headboards had other peoples' head grease on them - phone book was from 2012 - no refills on the in-room coffee packets - squeeze shampoo and conditioner was empty - the complimentary pad of paper was clearly water damaged - inside of drawers was sticky - after one night the room was attended (not made) fresh towels, and garbage cans emptied, but beds were not made, just covers thrown over top. - bobby pins holding the hole-filled blinds closed I could go on. I realize the Quality Inn brand is a lower star hotel. I expect that. But the other Quality Inns I've stayed at in both the U.S. and Canada had a standard of cleanliness that this hotel simply doesn't. It was so gross that we left a day ahead of time. I will not recommend this hotel.

It was not any ways close to other locations I’ve stayed in. As soon as you walked into the lobby there was a bad odor. I went to check the room and it had a stale smell and bed was not good. I told the manager we will not be staying and she canceled our reservation.

Do NOT book this hotel! The hotel smells terrible as you walk in. The desk clerk was nice, but our first room had human waste left on the toilet, hair in the bed, beds looked made but not sure they were fresh linens. Our second room smelled like mold and had mold growing on the vanity legs, little blood stains on the torn sheets, the floor was not vacuumed and there were toothpaste splatters on the vanity and mirror. Due to the state of this hotel we did not stay more than 15 minutes but we were charged for the night even after the Expedia representative said we would get a full refund and a 50.00 credit. Expedia would not make this right, this hotel should be blacklisted from their property listings.

This property is trying hard to provide a place to stay that is affordable. They interior is slowly being renovated. However it is obvious that they are cutting corners like painting over rust without repair, not cleaning behind and under things, and not changing out everything after guests or putting stained items back into use. The air-conditioning was musty and the room was damp even with it running. My mold allergies will be acting up all day. As for food, standard carbs of waffles, toast bagels, and sweetened cereal. Protein was eggs and sausage patties. Yoplait yogurt and red delicious apples were the rest of breakfast options. I have been in much better quality inns and am disappointed with this particular site.
