Compare Hotels with Balconies in Green Mountain Falls

"Received welcome email on 4/18/25. Upon arrival was told reservation was cancelled as of December 2025. Showed them the information on laptop computer and was told they had to go by what their computer showed. Was able to get in a room, but it was higher priced than my reservation. Also it was a much smaller room than the one I had reserved. I did not appreciate my Expedia reservation was not honored. Especially since I had an email from the hotel looking forward to my stay just 2 days before I arrived. The staff was helpful in getting me a room and helpful during our 10 day stay, but still not happy with the very minimal kitchen and smaller rooms. Ongoing construction was not too bad. Breakfast was good, except even if we arrived with an hour before it was over many of the items were out and not replenished. Often was out of bacon, yogurt, fruit and bagels."
