The fridge died and the hair dryer blew out. I was charged for the water park and pool and hot tub and I couldn’t use them. Customer service people were rude. The dinning was never open.

No pool table in bar area even though pictured as an amenity. Stated online and in room that room service is available. Specifically ask for a room service menu from front desk on a Friday night. 10 minutes later, try to order and the exact person who just handed me the menu tells me room service isn’t available. Why wouldn’t she say anything when I asked for the menu? Housekeeping on request but same front desk person didn’t actually put my request in. Tried to order room service again Sunday after the game to be told again that it’s not available. Had to stand at the bar and wait for food to take up to our room. The restaurant staff was working hard but hotel is clearly understaffed. Not worth the high price tag for a game weekend.

Here’s the positive… the staff was nice. On to the bad. The beds, the pillows, the blankets.. absolutely horrendous. Hope you don’t like to sleep comfortably. The rooms smell like mildew, so you don’t even really want to spend any time there. If you can get past the mildew smell of the rooms, don’t expect to relax and watch some tv because the WiFi doesn’t work, even if it did… they don’t have remotes for you to use. The only reason this place is still in business is because of the proximity to Lambeau Field and preying on family members desperation for a hotel
