Great Hotel with Rude Staff

Went to Green Bay for a football game and stayed a few extra days. The hotel was nice, very comfortable and walking distance to the stadium. The front desk staff were rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by asking for anything … even something as simple as coffee pods and cream for the room which the housekeeping crew forgot. Unfortunately their treatment of us was so offensive (women that were part of the day crew) it offset all the other great staff and amenities.

Green Bay Packer Football Weekend

We stayed at the new Legacy Hotel in Green Bay for 2 nights recently. We had tickets to a Packer game and its a perfect lication! We never moved the car because everything is within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff is helpful and happy! Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Perfect location for a Packers experience

Great location, staff is mostly friendly, food options are a bit pricey, parking is easy and rooms are exactly as advertised. So simple to walk to Lambeau and local restaurants. Only down side is your so close to those restaurants that all have live bands that play well past dusk.

Anniversary celebration

The hotel is beautiful! It’s in an excellent location for walking to Lambeau Field and the Badger State brewery. We enjoyed 2 meals at the Heritage restaurant. The food was delicious and both waitresses were wonderful. We also had a drink at the Cardinal Crest. This was the only disappointment. The bartender was aloof, dismissive and made an awful margarita.
