All depends on the room you get

We like to stay at this property because of convenience to the airport and because of the casino. However, we have stayed there many many times i’ve never once been welcomed as if we’ve been there before. Regardless, the room wasn’t as clean as it typically should be and the heating and air conditioning unit is in need of service. It was very loud, not conducive to a good night sleep.

The bathrooms were disgusting (see photos) There was a large dip in the floor, but the room area was actually cleaned. It’s like two different people cleaned. One in the bathroom and one in the room, or the person who cleaned the room got interrupted and forgot to clean the bathroom.

The walkway was not light and it was blind spots to the walkway. Very dangerous. There were no carts to bring in luggage. It was a long walk to the entrance to tower 1. We were missing a light bulb. We did not get the room we signed up for It was anot a bedroom and then another room for seating. Women in registration was rude when i tried to confirm the room type. We got to the room and it wasn't what i wanted.
