My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early.

Our rooms were not vaccumed, hair in sink, garbage in floor, stains on curtains, pool and hot tub had so much chlorine. Pool is onky ooen until 9 during the week even in New Years Eve. Then the day of check out at 9 AM housing keeping twice just walked in my room. One time I was getting dressed. I love the pool area for the kids but after this experience I may have to find a different place.

The room was nice, had the shuttle To and from the game. But the biggest reason was the staff. Super friendly. Super accommodating. Was able to honor a request without any issues and with a smile on their faces. Awesome. Will be back next time we are in town

The room was clean. Anything at breakfast was tasting weird. Hot tub wasn’t warm nor the pool when that’s why we chose this hotel. So the price we paid for it was not worth it. H
