Room 256. Only could get shower to work, the pull button for closing off to run only tub water didn't work. The tub was also backed up with slow drain. Needs a snaking. The white sheer drape needs one metal hook placed back into track. My plus one is a former Manager of a Branson, MO hotel, so attention to all little detail is observed. Room had nice crisp white bedding and towels. Clean appearance. Furnishing in nice conditions. Decor touches perfect to match the Lambeau experience in Green Bay.

Had a family in the two adjacent rooms to ours and they left their children in the room with an adult who clearly was drunk or passed out. For hours the children were crying and screaming for their mother and staff didn’t really do anything about it.

It’s an older hotel and needs freshening and updating, but we knew that. We assumed it would be safe. I fell while entering the hotel through door “0”. The walking surface from outside to inside this door, has a 3” vertical rise. This hazard was not marked in anyway- no sign anywhere, not painted a bright color to catch your eye, no warning a all. I will be 70 years old in December, and falling at my age onto hard surfaces takes a while to recover from. I landed hard on my right side and am bruised and quite sore. My wrist is sprained, my knee is swollen and bruised and, my face crashed onto the wooden frame that covers the baseboard heater. I have a black eye, bruised and swollen cheekbone and a sore jaw. I am lucky to not have more serious injuries. My husband helped me to my feet and helped me get to our room. He immediately got ice from the ice machine and applied it to my injuries. He then went to speak to David, assistant manager, and insisted that an incident report be made. Our plans for our stay in Green Bay had to be changed, and after a painful and sleepless night, we checked out the next morning.

Truly think I stayed at a different hotel than most in the reviews. My first issue was the staff, I’ve never had such rude and horrible guest services. I received a phone call day of check in to say if I didn’t confirm and pay for my stay before 11 am that my room would be cancelled, mind you I received this phone call with only 3 hours notice and I was actively flying. There was zero email or previous communication or noted anywhere that this was required prior to arrival at property and when I requested to call back when I was in a better area (not wanting to give my card info out to an entire airport gate) I was met with annoyance. Upon arrival and stay I can truthfully say not a single staff member greeted me or my partner with a smile or hello. The rooms are old and outdated, you can’t even move in the bed without it creaking. The water pressure in the shower goes from freezing cold to burning hot throughout the shower even if you don’t touch anything. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. The only positive thing about this stay was how close it was to Lambeau.
