Room wasn't very clean, was dried contact on bathroom floor and floor was sticky. They didn't follow the accessible note on the booking and tried to give us an upstairs room which I told them we could not do. You can hear EVERYTHING, everyone in hall and every footstep above you. Renovated rooms are nice and the mini fridge was nice. Beds are comfy, except for the very old very thin sofa bed mattress.

Nice staff. Dont get a room close to the pool. Kids loud and running around all night. Ask for a room that has an empty room next to you. You can hear the rooms next to you very easily.

There is no game room thats advertised. Just a pool table and a dart board that eats all your change. Just like the other reviews - it smells like marinuana, room was clean if you don't look to close to nooks and crannies.

I have nothing pleasant to say about this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. Gum stuck to the wall as well as in the trash can (that did not have a bag), carpet sticky, toilet clearly had not been even looked at - I know this because there was fecal matter stuck to the toilet, mini fridge had food particles in it, bedding had black marks all over it and let’s not forget that stench of weed that smacked us in the face as we walked in and continued to follow us throughout the hallway. Switched to a different room and that one too was disgusting. Wrappers in the fridge, microwave, and more. Immediately checked out! Was told I would receive a refund but I’m not holding my breath. If I do not I will be contacting the corporate office.

Awful Experience - Rooms Smelled of Weed

Worst hotel experience ever. We traveled over 5 hours with our family, including two kids, and arrived around midnight hoping for a good rest. We were given three different rooms each time, and all of them smelled strongly of weed and smoke. We ended up canceling our stay at 1 AM because no clean rooms were available. This place badly needs a deep cleaning and maintenance, and I would strongly advise families to avoid staying here. The only positive aspect was that the front desk staff was polite and understanding. Another note: The hotel has no elevator, so carrying luggage to the second floor was a struggle.

I stayed there 2x before and I will not be coming back...the staff was rude, parking sucked but not too bad on a Packers weekend but it doesn't change my mind

The air conditioning was loud and disturbing. The staff seemed unconcerned about the problem. Our room was quite warm by morning. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was gigantic. Enjoyed the evening and almost perfect stay. Air conditioning was a disappointment.
