The hotel was clean and smelled good. I noticed this is a high use for contractors and probably Packer fans. It's time the facility considers some maintenance-the pool area needs a good cleaning and little things like trim and wall treatments need fixing. We had one incident that needed to be addressed and wasn't-a female patron showed up in the breakfast area barefoot and in her bra and panties (not a swimsuit). Everyone in the area were casting glances but management never said anything even though the sign states that you needed to wear shoes to get breakfast. It was most uncomfortable to watch.

Pool area was nice. My room was dirty with cobwebs around the window and dirty shower liner. Pillows were inconsistent, some too small and flat for a king bed. Tub didn't drain at all when showering and when person in the room above my room showered, the ceiling leaked into the tub.

Staff was OUTSTANDING! They were all very friendly and helpful! My husband and I were traveling from MKE for the Packer game and staying here overnight. The game started at 3:00, and check-in was at 3:00. I called the hotel and asked if we could check in early. The staff member looked up our reservation, and our room was ready. When we arrived at the hotel, we could check in at 11:30. Such a plus! Our room was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Great job!
