Leading up to our stay, we were told the place would be ready by 3 pm for us to arrive. At 3 pm, I get there, and the place is a mess with laundry all over the floor, beds stripped, and garbage at the door. Clearly, they did not clean the place since the last visitors. I called Jay multiple times with no response. Then, an hour later, cleaners arrive, as they were just told the place needed to be cleaned. After 3 hours, we were finally able to access the property, and Jay said he would give us a partial credit on our stay for the frustrating start to our visit. It has been over 2 weeks since we were there, and I have not received any form of refund or response from Jay.
Beyond the frustrating first night, the place was a good location and reasonable amenities. Missing some kitchen items, like dishwasher detergent.
Overall place was ok, but not happy with the customer service.
