Enjoy the mountain climate in the charming city of Gravatá, better known as the "Swiss of Pernambuco." Our house is located in the Condomínio Privê Jardim de Marie, a wonderful space surrounded by greenery and close to various city attractions. • Fully equipped kitchen: 2 refrigerators, stove and oven, cutlery, ovenware, pots and pans, serving dishes, wine glasses, blender, orange juicer, electric coffee maker, air fryer. • Bedroom 1: Suite with double bed, air conditioning, and dresser. • Bedroom 2: Double bed, 1 single mattress, fan, and dresser. • Bedroom 3: 2 beds Single room, 1 single mattress, air conditioning and dresser. Note: The host will provide 100% cotton sheets, blankets and pillows for all beds; guests will only need to bring towels. • Spacious living room, very comfortable leather sofa, fan and TV. • Large guest bathroom. • L-shaped balcony with hammock and 2 sets of chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the condominium garden. Guest Access: Guests have access to all areas of the condominium and the house. Pets Items must be carried on your arm and are prohibited in the pool area. Cups and glasses must be acrylic, and glass and bottles are only allowed inside the cooler (this will prevent accidents). Please obey the quiet hours and have fun! 🤩 Other observations: We charge R$ 1.50 per kWh consumed during your stay, which is the cost of electricity. Please take a photo of the meter upon arrival (location will be indicated by the owner via message) and upon departure to calculate the exact amount to be paid. On the day of checkout, please provide proof of electricity consumption to the owner.
