O quarto não foi limpo e arrumado; o banheiro de tomar banho não estava muito limpo, minha filha de 2 anos inclusive a hou sujo; café da manhã e refeições são boas, mas não muda no dia a dia. Quem for passar muitos dias vai achar ruim. Ótimo para as crianças os bichinhos e brincadeiras, porem não existe separação entre idades. As mesmas brincadeiras para criança de 2-3anos são as mesmas para 7-8-9 anos. Então minha filha não pode participar da maioria delas. O parque na área fechada é muito pobre, pouquissas opções. Então qdo chove, o que o oreu na minha estadia, as crianças ficam sem opções. Não há nenhuma opção de entretimento para os adultos.

O Hotel é otimo porém recebe grupos muito numerosos de hóspedes jovens que fazem retiro espiritual e aí o restaurante fica lotado, ocorre barulho logo cedo e tarde da noite. Quem quiser descansar e dormir fica impossível. E tem que fazer refeições em horário diferente do grupo do retiro.
