Café da manhã e limpeza excelentes. O chuveiro deixou um pouco a desejar, pois a água caía mais na parede q na gente. Mas a equipe do hotel, ao ler minha avaliação de check-in neste sentido, já se interessou em melhorar, o que demonstra estarem atentos a queixas. Senti falta de uma vista para o horizonte, apesar do jardim ser belíssimo. A propriedade fica em uma área um pouco íngreme, o que pode ocasionar alguma dificuldade de locomoção.

Ocorreu tudo bem. No geral gostei. Pontuaria que senti falta de equipamentos na academia. A piscina não estava térmica quando usei. Acrescentaria um pouco mais de itens tradicionais no café da manhã, mas achei bom os que tinha.

Pra um hotel spa falta muito...

Eu esperava mais, por ser um "hotel spa" e pelo valor da diária... Tem serviço de massagem (terceirizado) com agendamento prévio e pagamento a parte. A sauna estava desativada. A piscina não estava aquecida e como fui no inverno estava friozinho, quando fomos usar a piscina uma funcionária falou que ia pedir pra ligarem o aquecimento, que haviam esquecido... E que a sauna estava desativada... A pia do banheiro acumulava água e demorava a escoar quando usávamos. A torneira de água quente funcionou perfeitamente bem como o chuveiro. O colchão, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis. Sabonetes, shampoo e condicionador da marca O Boticário. O ar condicionado funcionou bem. O hotel tem um aplicativo que facilita a comunicação interna e responde rápido no WhatsApp. O café da manhã pode ser servido no quarto ou restaurante e no horário solicitado, como o hóspede escolher no aplicativo. A comida é de primeira qualidade, tudo bem feito, fresquinho e delicioso. Em uma das noites jantamos pizza de lombo canadense com catupiry e estava divina. O staff é bem treinado e super simpático.
