My family and I have known the Canarius hotel for some time, and we clearly noticed the need for immediate repair in several areas, including the playground. The services, food, and the farm remain the highlights of the hotel, especially if there are children in the family. On the other hand, the bathrooms, the air conditioning in the rooms, the outdoor playground, and the indoor play area urgently need maintenance. I believe that the management needs to take these details seriously because, for a countryside hotel of Canarius’ caliber to stay competitive, the details definitely make all the difference.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos! Porém, precisam ter mais atenção em pequenas coisas, como por exemplo: fazer manutenção nas portas dos benheiros, nas fechaduras das portas, colocarem lençois de cobrir em todos os apartamentos e fazer arrumação todos os dias em todos os apartamentos.

Estrutura bem antiga precisando de uns reparos. Quarto com cortinas mofadas, porta do banheiro sujas, não tinha secador, esperamos 45 minutos por um ferro de passar. Ar condicionado sujo, precisando de limpeza com urgência. Fora isso fomos bem atendidos. A recepção foi boa. Mas nos sentimos mal após o café da manhã.

Quarto grande e limpo. Área externa maravilhosa, piscina aquecida, salão grande e limpo. Comido não muito boa, cardápio do restaurante restrito. No dia do primeiro jogo do Brasil falaram que iria colocar um telão, porém colocaram uma telinha do tamanho de um Tv de 40 polegadas, tive que assistir o jogo no quarto.

Tivemos um problema pra dormi! Estava tendo música e muita gritaria! Ligamos mil vezes mas só depois de 22:30 pararam e isso pq ficamos pedindo. A sugestão é fazer essas festas com música ao vivo numa área mais distante dos quartos. Durmo cedo, estou grávida, estava com meu filho de 9 anos e foi bem desagradável.

Não é a primeira vez que vou no Canarius, mas faz uns 5 anos que tinha ido e agora fui com a família. O hotel é grande e bem estruturado, porém é perceptível desde a chegada que não está sendo feito as manutenções devidas, a começar da pista de chegada ao hotel, que o piso intertravado já desagastou demais com o tempo e está esburacado. Recepcao ok, mas o quarto que fiquei já dava sinais de mau cuidado, paredes com sinais de infiltração, porta do quarto bem desgastada, chuveiro não tão legal. O café da manhã, muito básico, e tinha uma turma grande hospedado, cheguei no café com a família por volta das 8:30, a parte de bolos entre outras coisas já não tinha mais, bandejas vazias, além da variedade ser bem pequena, não fazer o jus a própria estrutura do hotel e preço pago, viajo muito e tenho experiências a comparar, por fim, passei dois dias, e acredite, não foi nenhuma camareira realizar o serviço de quarto, enfim, não volto no Canarius Gravata. Tem coisas boas, tem sim, mas não trouxe, pois o objetivo aqui é fazer eles melhorar o que está ruim, se a minha experiência tivesse sido boa, certamente traria bons exemplo da comodidade.

Para a estrutura do hotel, no quarto a televisão pequena, não tem copo para o hóspede no quarto, não tem lixeira só no banheiro ainda sem ser de pedal , portas precisa de manutenção. Café da manhã excelente muitas variedades, estrutura de lazer excelente ótimo estacionamento. O que eu questionei foi pela estrutura do hotel.
