Checking was a breeze. The person who checked us in, Lindsey, was so super nice and very helpful. She provided all the amenities information, pool hours, breakfast hours, she even offered if we wanted a later checkout but I said no 11:00 is fine.

I called the night before and the lady at the counter told me to call back because she was checking people in. Rude The breakfast was ok needed a better variety. Came home with bug bites all down both arms, under my chin and on my right calf. I am itching so bad it is horrible.

Staff service was excellent. Friendly, available, prompt, and flexible. Breakfast was good. The place was decent. My rooms door was chipped away so someone can unlock it with the likes of a credit card. I switched rooms. Everything else about the stay was ok.

The check in clerk was very nice. Price was decent. Breakfast was meh. No warm water for shower in the morning When I said something to the check out clerk she just said "ok". I told her it was inconvenient not being able to shower, she said "yeah" Not great customer service at all! and got no shower :(

The only good thing was the hot tub. Pool heater broken so it was cold. First room was full of cigarette smoke smell. Got a new room and it also had a cigarette smoke smell. Keys didn't work to 2nd room. Had to go back to desk. Eggs for breakfast were cold. Limited breakfast menu.
