Starting with Emily at the front desk, to the clean room with brand new carpet, to the clean pool and an impressive breakfast bar, we were impressed with this find in Allendale! Much to our dismay, we arrived in Grand Rapids only to find all hotel rooms in our budget were filled already due to a sports event. We drive a little further and happened upon this gem! Would definitely stay again.

A nice place to stay in Allendale while visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good - especially the waffle machine. Not much fruit, but plenty of bagels & muffins, and the coffee was good. The indoor pool looked well maintained and attractive although we did not actually use it. Pleasant staff. We will stay there again next time we go to visit family.

We were very pleased with the hotel room we stayed in for the evening. It was just my daughter and I, and we felt very safe the entire time. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, helping me out of a situation where I booked the wrong date. They got us situated in a room on the correct date without any problems. We will stay here any time we have to travel up to the area.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very professional and quick with check-in. The hotel has a small indoor pool open. Breakfast buffet style with a lot of choices—including a 'self-serve' waffle maker. Small hotel, room was clean, perfect for spending a night on a budget. I would just recommend bringing your earplugs if you are very sensitive to any noise, as I could hear slightly some voices coming from other rooms for a short time (I'm not sure if they were upstairs or in the same hallway).

The room I ended up getting didn't have a pull out coach that was listed as an amenity when I booked the room. We were only there about 12 hours so it did its job. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean. The breakfast was NOT good, specifically the hot items.
