staff = great. cleanliness= great. parking= great. location = great. room quality = ok. only criticism is that management call it a LODGE. it is NOT a lodge....just a motel. i would stay there again but i'd look for another facility with more pizzaz before i'd book here again.

Being close to downtown made walking to several eating options. We picked Sagebrush BBQ and we're happy with our choice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the bathroom toilet shower area was really tight .

Rustic stay and beautiful Grand Lake

This is a very cute, rustic hotel with friendly staff. We were spending the day at Estes Park and we got a phone call from the front desk, confirming our check-in date and also explaining the procedure if we were arriving past 9 PM since the front office would be closed. I felt this was a beautiful way to start our stay at this hotel.

Had a fine stay. My only complaint: I booked through Expedia and it clearly showed the room I chose had a fireplace. Upon arrival the desk had no record of this selection and charged extra to get what I thought I had already paid for. I don't know if this is Expedia's fault or the hotel's. But, whatever the reason, it is misleading and annoying.

My friend and I stopped and stayed here on our way back home from CO with our two pups. This place is absolutely WONDERFUL. It’s so clean, the staff is wonderful and you don’t feel like you’re staying at a hotel. You feel at HOME. We stayed at multiple hotels and this one BY FAR was the best. Excellent place right in the Main Street. Place is clean and updated. Staff was super knowledgeable about the nearby national park. Also nice little town on the lake.
