COURTYARD CABINS ARE BACK!! Step back in time at our charming/modern 1930s cabins. In town, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Lake and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Enjoy cozy interiors with fully equipped kitchens, plus outdoor patios perfect for coffee or breakfast. Gather at the gazebo for picnics or grilling. Ideal for families or groups, with 7 cabins available connected in a U shape (sleeping 2, 4, or 6 guests). Perfect for relaxing getaways or family reunions.Note: No AC available, Public street parking available.

Events at Courtyard cabins are allowed with prior reservation, while personal parties are prohibited.

Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to the minimum, especially after 10 pm.

If staying with pets, please pick up waste and do not allow them to stay on bed linens or damage the property. Any damage found after your stay shall result in additional fees alongside with pet deposit.

Colorado

Had to call to get door code,very unclear on description of place,thought it was a cabin there are no pictures of the outside, 3 documented (pictures) and proven fire hazards including plugs hanging out of wall. Room was unclean, with unsanitary conditions (open coffee, open coffee filters), dirt and other debris on top of coffee maker, BLOOD STAINS on sheets and comforter. Have pictures for documentation. I was rude with manager, and shouldn't have been , but after 21 hours drive, and have the problems we had I lost my temper. Please if have any questions, reach out.
