Grand Lake and area is beautiful and a wonderful location for a vacation. The home has a fantastic view of Granby Lake and miles of scenery. The home is large with a large kitchen. The elevated balconies are fantastic. Parking is somewhat of a hassle and has a steep grade with loose and unsteady rock. For our stay, the back door screen door was in horrible disrepair and it made it difficult to access the back deck. Overall, my opinion is that the views and location outweigh the negatives.
