The owner did not prepare the house for our stay, the heat was not turned on and is not a sufficient unit or set-up for the square footage or CO weather. The communication with me was o.k. but the communication with my adult daughter was short, rude and as if she was bothering her. A whole day of adventures was lost while waiting for another unit to be cleaned and was not ready after 4:30pm. I had also asked about adding a night, due to the move to the 2nd unit, and was willing to pay full price and never received a reply.

Cabin was cute! And clean! But there was ZERO hot water to shower! No fire pit as stated on post and junky outside! Lots of trash everywhere! My dog was cut on his paw by glass on the property! Just a lot of trash" all around the area of the cabin! Junk piles all around! For the price, we were disappointed!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

The "Cowgirl" Cabin as I now like to call it was the perfect getaway for our ladies weekend! The cabin is absolutely adorable and very comfortable and spacious. There is large updated kitchen and spacious living area. The cabin is only an 8 minute drive from Grand Lake town and 2 minutes from a paddle boarding spot which was perfect for us. Our host was very nice and responsive. I will definitely stay again!
