The room was clean. Age is starting to set in. The Lodge is an older motel and not up to the expectations gathered from the web site. Nonetheless, we would consider staying there again.

this place met my expectations of place I like to stay when I travel...it was clean, and neat...the staff were accomodating with my need to change my reservation after 2 days (out of 4), it had nothing to do with them, it was the RMNP closure of the main road that limited our visit significantly!!! so I really appreciate them for that!!!

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Town is charming and walkable from this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation and Alex really helped us out on it. Room was a good size.

Probably won’t stay here again. Room was extremely basic, bed was ok. Wi-Fi was horrible. Dirty fork and random cooler outside our room. Grounds need maintenance. Nowhere really for a dog to do their business. Parking lot was hard to maneuver. Had to flush toilet twice each time. My diet cokes exploded in fridge since it was set to frozen. Love Grand Lake but Spirit Lodge is a better option.

Big Horn was very conveniently located in the main area of Grand Lake Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night, but I would stay there again if I came back to Grand Lake. No frills, which. is fine for me.

Just a dated property, nothing bad and only stayed one night on our way to Estes Park. Loved the little town and rented a boat for couple hours and that was plenty for a cool September morning.
