All was first class, clean, neet and organized. Breakfast was outstanding, lots of room and plenty of napkins too. The staff was friendly and helpful. A pool table was a surprise, but a good one. I will stay there anytime I am in Grand Junction.

I always check rooms immediately when we get inside. There was hair in the shower drain. I pointed it out and Patricia was very kind and handled the situation. She send a houseman to clean up the shower. When we checked out the next day I also received an apology. Front desk saved the day. The customer service absolutely made a difference in my impression of the hotel. Well done.
