Rooms were very clean, staff was kind and friendly. They have complementary to go coffee/tea and the parking is free which a lot of hotels in the area do not offer. I’ve stayed at few hotels on Horizon and I would definitely stay here again.

Checked in at 830 pm, room we were given hadn’t been cleaned yet. Had to go ask for another room. 2nd room was clean, AC struggled to work so the room was hot all night. There were exposed outlets in the room. For one night, it was doable.

The front desk staff that we encountered were very friendly. Just wish the room, specifically the bedding was clean. The fitted sheet had a crusty spot about hand sized. Hair, that was not ours. Something splattered on the bed skirt. We were too exhausted to care, just laid down towels and slept on top of that.

It was a great location, 10 mins from the central area. The stay kept the hotel very clean and it smelled really nice. The rooms were decent and good, but great for the price. The hotel is a bit older but still great! Wasn’t expecting must and it was a perfectly fine for what I paid! I thought it could potentially be sketchy or iffy, but not at all
