Dock & Water Access Details
50 feet of waterfront dock available for boat parking (no pier)
Water depth varies greatly depends on wind and season — approximately 3–4 ft at high tide and 2–3 ft at low tide
Water faucet and hose conveniently located on the dock
Electrical outlet and water connection nearby for guest use
Crabbing: Crabs can be caught in the canal across the street (please avoid placing traps in the main canal due to boat traffic)
Fishing: Best catches are typically found along the rocks near the bay
Boat Launching:
Small bay boats can be launched two doors down at a private launch
Larger boats can use the Bridge Side Marina double back-down launch, located nearby
The owner's 26' boat is docked onsite — ease of entry and exit may vary depending on tides
