Newly remodeled in 2018 to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Home now has a separate guest room with 2 queen size bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is a covered sitting area with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Flat screen TV with cable (ESPN included) and Wifi. Please note the owner does keep their boat on the property and it is not for renter use. Please do not block access to the owner's boat.
