This rental is located right next to the Grand Isle bridge. Beautiful views of Caminada Pass and Grand Isle. Located directly across the bridge is Bridge Side Marina and Wake Side Marina. This camp is perfect for family gatherings.
Newly built fishing pier and rock jetty for rough water protection. Downstairs you can BBQ, Boil Seafood or hang out.

Pet friendly (no cats) - pets must be approved

With all of our rentals tenant is responsible for filling propane bottles, filling can be done at Bridge Side Marina or exchanged at either of the local grocery stores on the island.

grand isle stay

no early check in .a 25 charge when the property was ready at 2 the wifi was never resolved it did not work the chairs outside was broke could not enjoy the view on themvery worn out mattresses every one complained it was even the chair when you walk in has seen better days back in the 80s for the price we was charged I felt a little ripped off verry dissapointed from other places I have stayed at in grand isle I dont mind paying for a stay but the charge should feel like you are fair and I can go on look at the missing board on the dock etc...

It was perfect for our family. Being on the water allowed the guys to fish. The cabin is roomy. All the rooms fit our family nicely. My favorite part was the garden tub!

Post Shutdown/Pandemic Family Vacation

This was my family’s first post-shutdown/pandemic family vacation…we wanted someplace close but not that close…this was the perfect spot…the house was really nice…absolutely enough room for all of us…the kitchen is roomy enough for multiple cooks…the huge patio on the top level had the perfect scenery, overlooking the water…the downstairs patio is perfect for boiling crabs or just hanging out…we had a few problems but our property manager, Jaki took care of that, answering every time i called…i highly recommended Coastal Realty because of her professionalism and timeliness…

Everything was good mattresses not very comfortable but to be expected. Need fans in rooms. Mayb in corner since blades not on ceiling fans due to bunk beds enjoyed location and deck a lot. Ty
