Everything was good and convenient. Stayed for four nights with dog. Good place to take dogs for walks, breakfast was all we needed, and appreciated they changed the towels every day but left the sheets alone.

This was a nice place to stay and the location is great and very quiet.! The room was very clean, my only suggestion to the management is to add an extra frying pan and maybe have dish soap in the room.

Very well kept motel compared to others we have stayed before. Very clean romm and bathroom, no unpleasant smells. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. I think this is the only place in Grand Forks that has a continental breakfast. Its a pretty standard breakfast, but everything is fresh, fruits, yogurts. Really good coffee. Also nice friendly staff. We are very pleased with our stay.
