Staff were helpful and friendly. Having a pub/restaurant was convenient and the menu was good value. The property was older and the rooms need to be updated with sufficient plugs and sockets for today’s devices. Bathrooms small for a family room with kids making it cramped and awkward to manoeuvre but serviceable.

Could not understand why the dining room is not open on Sunday. We had to pack up and go elsewhere to have breakfast… not a good service choice. Bathroom sink and toilet old and fixtures and taps need replacing.

Only issue is that when you are coming to the hotel from Gander it is difficult to find the route to the hotel! And when you leave, same issue! Thankfully Newfoundlanders are very friendly and helpful!!
