The flower box in the front and the restaurant staff were the only good things about it. The bathroom was old, not enough towels. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, the tv was temperamental, not enough pillows and too thin, the light in the bathroom was not working and it took over 2 hrs for someone to come and fix it
I paid for the room 3+weeks in advance and yet they insisted that I pay a $100 damage deposit and said it would be refunded in the morning. In the morning, I was told my card was on hold and the refund would be in 3 to 5 days. I find this extremely insulting. The hotel staff was unfriendly and surly.

The rooms are very dated. It looks like there's been little maintenance & what there is doesn't look like it was done professionally yet the price of the rooms were higher than I usually pay for much nicer accommodations. The toilets were bizarre because they're very low.

This hotel is definitely showing its age. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways. Nice place to have breakfast in the restaurant and nice meals in the lounge. Be aware that the restaurant and lounge are not open on Sundays or Mondays.
The staff were helpful and professional. The room was clean but the shower had low water pressure and an outdated shower head that Needs replacing . I was disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. This was very inconvenient. I've never been in a hotel room before that didn't at least have a refrigerator. There's a alot of parking which was great.
I booked with expedia for 2 queen beds and for our dogs. When I got here I was in a non pet friendly room and was downgraded to 2 double beds... Not what I reserved , A mistake was made on booki g by expedia or me .... It said pet friendly .....

Had a great experience checking in with the front desk associate ! Hotel is average - definitely dated but the room was still comfortable and clean. Also a bonus for it being pet friendly !
We checked in on Saturday. We had a room on the 2nd floor. We had heavy luggage and was not offered any help lugging it up 3 flights of stairs. In the room the wing chair was filthy. The bathroom shower had rust and mildew. I tried the hair dryer that was mounted on the wall. There were flames and the room smelled like smoke. I unplugged it for safety. When we checked out I was given an attitude that I didnt call down right away about the hair dryer. It was unplugged so ....no safety concern. There was no food service on a Sunday. Unbelievable. The rooms were like going back in time. So dated and musty.
Not worth $200+ per night. Very old and not kept up. $75 would be the right price.
Bathroom was disgusting
Room in poor condition and not clean. Stains everywhere
Went to find a space to play cards with another couple. We had to sign a waiver to use a room and break anything. No big deal except all chairs and tables are damaged stained to begin with. Walls and floors completely disgusting not sure the point of the waiver.
As for service. Meh. Not friendly or inviting
Bed was ok to sleep on.
Couldn’t add all photos due size restrictions

This is a decent hotel but is showing its age. Definitely needs renovations.
When arriving at the room, bed sheets were dirty(they dropped it off and we replaced after being told), bed was very uncomfortable, no shampoo or wash in shower, could hear people snoring in next room, asked for another room and no other rooms were available. Staff at front desk did not apologize or offer any discounts. This was not worth $300 a night. This was not worth $50 a night

The room, especially the bathroom, could definitely use an upgrade and renovation. The room and beds were clean and I appreciate that.
