The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a hint of cat smells in the hall. The property was well kept and picturesque! Not much to do in Grand Falls. We did go to the Bullpen pub. We would highly recommend it..patio on the water. Breakfast was delicious but there was no lingering…only 4people to the one table.

We've stayed there 3 or 4 times now and it's like a home away from home. Mrs. Cote and her staff are friendly, they serve an excellent breakfast and the rooms are spacious.
