Room was modern/updated and clean, and it was a decent price. Staff were nice. Location is within walking distance of Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Would definitely stay here again as home base for future visits to the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. My only comment is that the mini-fridge in the room didn't have a freezer section, which would be great for refreezing ice packs for an ice chest/cooler. There are ice machines though signs are posted not to use them to fill ice chests.

Room was nice and clean. Bed comfortability was ok. View was of a close by building. Half mile to main attractions/shops/restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room where they have continental breakfast was too small to accommodate many guests at once. Didn't use pool and hot tub so can't comment on that. Overall it was a good stay for one night.

The breakfast selection was decent, but the room gets very crowded with more than 10 people. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable & clean. Location is very convenient. Within walking distance from Train station & route 66.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Howard Johnson’s by Wyndham in Williams Arizona. The rooms were spotless, and the operators were very, very nice and efficient. The continental breakfast was nothing special however, the attendant was excellent in making sure everything was full and the tables were cleaned up immediately after someone left. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the United States when headed to the Grand Canyon or to the Polar express.

This was a great room! The check in was easy, the staff was excellent, the parking was sufficient and the breakfast was good. I will certainly stay there again. My only complaint (yes, there is always one) is that the toilet paper had only one sheet left on the roll...a fresh roll would have been appropriate in this case.
