Terrible water pressure. Probably could stand outside in rain and get a better shower. The shower head height was ridiculous. Carpet in room is really dated and should be replaced. Elevator door won't open all the way without getting stuck. Property needs security. Multiple shady vehicles come through in middle of night looking into vehicles.

Our stay was great overall! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The only inconvenience we experienced was during check-in — the front desk drew us a map showing where to park and how to get to our room, but when we tried to enter through the back door, our key didn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk and use the main entrance instead. Other than that small issue, everything else about our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Balcony view was nice, relaxing. Room cleanliness could use improvement. The bed was very comfortable and they had a lot of awesome pillows available which was a great thing! The hotel dining was great, food was delicious. Would have liked healthier (less carbs) options.
