This hotel is NOT located inside the Grand Canyon park as falsely advertised. Upon arrival the receptionist told us that they have instructed Expedia 1000 times to change to the correct location (Tusayan) but they refuse to do it! Very very disappointing!

Very nice motel. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The indoor atrium is really cool. It was also right next to the IMAX movie for the Grand Canyon.

The room is dated, but beautifully maintained. It was quiet and large. We truly enjoyed our stay in Tusayan at the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel. It was minutes from the south rim of the Grand Canyon, where we spent most of our time. We will be going back.

The place was dated and not the cleanest but made up for it with location. Quick 12 minutes drive to the GC gate. Close to Starbucks, general store and gas. Great food options and house cleaning was prompt.
