Escape to our spacious, gated family villa, perfectly situated in the vibrant tourist hub of Grand Baie. While centrally located, the villa is nestled on a quiet, affluent dead-end road, ensuring peace and privacy just minutes from the stunning Pereybere Beach.

The property is fully walled and gated for your security and peace of mind. You will enjoy a large, private garden with no overlooking neighbors, creating a secluded retreat for relaxation.

The Space
The villa features a seamless open-plan living area that flows onto a large, traditional Mauritian-style outdoor terrace. This is the heart of the home, offering a dining area and a separate lounge space that overlooks the inviting swimming pool. The pool is decent-sized and features a gentle depth, making it ideal for families. The layout allows you to prepare meals in the kitchen or enjoy an aperitif on the terrace while keeping a watchful eye on children in the pool. For our youngest guests, we also provide toddler float aids and small life jackets.

Inside, the villa offers ample room to spread out with 5 spacious sleeping areas designed for comfort.
