THE SPACE:
This luxurious villa features four beautifully appointed master bedrooms, two of which include bathtubs for added comfort. The property is equipped with 24/7 hot water and a large water tank to ensure uninterrupted supply under any circumstances. The open-plan layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a bright, airy space designed for relaxation and socializing, with the dining area opening directly onto the pool, as well as the ground-floor master bedroom—perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

On the upper level, there’s a second living room and three additional master bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for larger groups or families. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, whether you're preparing intimate meals or hosting gatherings.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor facilities, including a heated pool with a soothing water fountain feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool and outdoor area. The private entrance and dedicated parking space ensure convenient and secure parking. You’ll enjoy full privacy and the comfort of a fully equipped home, with all amenities at your fingertips.

The villa is situated within a peaceful and secure environment for a relaxing stay.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- A security deposit of $500 USD will be collected upon arrival and refunded upon check out.

- All guests are kindly required to send a copy or passport pictures of themselves to the reservation team at least one week before arrival.

- We offer a range of additional services including Food & Beverage, Bed & Breakfast, Half-board, Full-board, Airport Transfers, Car Rentals, Tour Guides, and more. Please contact the reservation team for details and bookings.

- The heated pool is available at an additional cost starting from 3500 MUR per night, with discounted rates based on the length of stay. Please finalize this with the reservation team at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

- The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests. For larger groups of up to 16 guests, we provide 4 additional air mattresses, linens, towels and beddings to ensure everyone’s comfort.

- Maid cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional cost and must be booked at least one week in advance.
