Located in the north of Mauritius, in Pereybère, in a quiet, secure residence, this superb 200 m2 villa, with its large enclosed courtyard and private swimming pool (7 m x 3 m), is the ideal holiday destination for couples, friends or families.

This fully air-conditioned villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), 2 shower rooms and toilets, and a large, bright 50 m2 living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen.
Bonus: no more chores buying bottled water. This Villa is equipped with a filtered water tap in the kitchen.

10 minutes by ‘flip-flops’: beach, supermarket, bus stop, taxis, chemists, exotic fruit and vegetable sellers, snack bars, various restaurants, bars, water sports activities....

5/10 minutes away by car: the seaside resort of GRAND BAIE, with its shops, hypermarket and shopping centre, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, bureaux de change, casino, freshly caught fish stall, leisure activities and water sports (diving, excursions, deep-sea fishing, catamaran cruises, etc.).

In the surrounding area, you'll also find other beaches (Trou aux Biches, Pointes aux Canonniers, Mont Choisy, Bain Boeuf, ..........) as well as nature and cultural attractions (Cap Malheureux Church, Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, l'Aventure du Sucre, ....).

* Villa not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
* Wifi 100 Mbps / Netflix (if you have an account)
* The swimming pool is maintained twice a week.
* The house is cleaned every 7 nights (change of towels and sheets). It starts at 9am.
* Cleaning on departure is included in the price. Please leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
* Linen provided (sheets, towels and pool towels) - Beach towels not included.
* Villa not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
* We can help you book transfers and/or car hire.
* Car hire is recommended but not necessary if you are staying in the local area (buses, taxis, amenities nearby).
* If you arrive on an early morning flight or leave on a late flight, we recommend that you book an extra night for your comfort. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you outside check-in and check-out times.
* TOURIST TAX : As of 1 October 2025, the Mauritian government has introduced a tourist tax of €3 per person per night.
