Clean, spacious and well appointed room with most of the basic items provided (towels, sheets, soap, etc.) except for shampoo, which wasn't an issue since I brought my own. Friendly, responsive staff and seamless check in/out process. Only issue is that the TV wasn't working, but not a huge deal since I was there to fish. Conveniently located as the event I was in town for was held at the marina pavilion. Highly recommended.

Overall a wonderful little stay! We rented last minute to meet family in Grand Isle and it was the perfect distance. Property was very clean, very quiet, and perfect for a staycation. Only complaint would be the quality of the mattresses/bed frames. They were very cheap and uncomfortable and proved to be difficult to get good sleep on. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. Will definitely be booking again next year!

I had to cancel my reservation due to changes in my work schedule, and I am disappointed that I was not refunded for my stay, even though I canceled well before the deadline. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

The room was like it state 1 bedroom twin beds. The shower knobs were backwards. No shampoo unless you consider Dial Soap shampoo. A bug was in the light fixture in the bathroom plus saw bugs in the bathroom at night. I saw no smoke detector but something kept beeping and could never find it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clean room, great location, terrible service

The rooms were honestly really nice and exceeded my expectations. Location is awesome. Lots of good fishing around. Our issue was the girls working in the office were honestly quite rude. You could clearly tell they did not want to do their job. Mentioned multiple times how she hates reservations and used multiple profanitys in front of my son. Were given no instructions or even a general direction of where our room was. She just handed me the key and turned around and started talking again to the other girl. The room was great and we definitely enjoyed our stay but we definitely will not be returning after that experience. We will find somewhere else to stay.
