Among the Aspens subdivision, this unique one-bedroom condo is the most private top-level unit and perfect for couples to unwind. Enjoy the private hot tub from your own deck nestled against the trees.

With views of the mountains, the spacious outside deck has a propane barbecue and lounge area. The main area is open concept through the kitchen, dining and living space featuring an electric fireplace. The bedroom has a full bathroom and Queen bed. Underground heated garage for one vehicle.

The Aspens subdivision is located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Its prime location makes trails at the resort easily accessible, whether biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. It is 15 minutes away from the town of Golden, British Columbia and 20 minutes to the Golden Sky Bridge Adventure Park. If you’re looking to explore, we are surrounded by six National parks; Banff, Yoho, Kootenay, Glacier, Revelstoke and Jasper.

Booked this property specifically for the outdoor deck with the bbq. Didn’t use the hot tub so can’t comment, but the bbq was rusted, wouldn’t light and the propane was not turned off at the tank. Really disappointed as we had planned on using the bbq daily. Property was exceptionally clean so the condition of the bbq was very surprising.

Beautiful Property

What a wonderful area to go in the summer. I dont really want anyone to know this now that we've stumbled onto it. So quiet and peaceful which is exactly what i was looking for. Everything was as advertised but the pics cannot do the place justice. Will definitely be back as my little retreat holiday in the summer.

We loved it!

My wife and I needed a break from the day to day. We were considering renting a house on the hill, but then came upon this unit at half the cost, and took a gamble on it. Glad we did. The unit is very private (a must for us). The view from the hot tub was incredible. We would definitely rent it again.
