Breakfast was not like other hotels with free breakfast. This one was broken down and even the coffee maker wasn’t working and had bee replaced by a regular coffee maker that takes forever to make a pot. There were not great options for food at breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Was very cluttered with cardboard boxes and garbage in corners. And there was a sock and underwear on ground for over a day before being picked up and where along the way to pool, was beer cans under the slide in pool and in the sauna. The pool feels like just anyone off the street just show up and use it not just hotel guests.

The staff was very friendly. The the room had a kitchen unit and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was above average and the hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

There was no hot water at all, so I couldn’t take a shower. The kitchenware inside my room was dirty, and it was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly — the previous guest had even left half a garlic on the counter, which was still there when I arrived. When we went for breakfast, the situation was even worse. All the spoons and plates were dirty, with clear food residue on them, and the tables in the dining area had not been cleaned either. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene made this stay unacceptable.

The beds were comfy and warm. Our big room with the bunks worked great with kids. But the continental breakfast is a joke. The scrambled eggs were so runny and grey I couldn’t imagine anyone trying to eat that. Very limited options.
