Great facilities with a short walk to beach to broadbeach restaurants. Great secure parking. Hours spent in beautiful pool/spa area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment comfortable main bedroom however the second room smaller in size with two very skinny single beds our 6 year old fitted but not a whole lot of roll room.

The room was very good clean and comfortable it met all of requirements however the internet was terrible with constant dropouts … it dropped me out of business meetings on Teams and also failed to stream on Foxtel with basic programs such as local tv…staff were friendly..it is a good location for access to beach, shops and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay at ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach during April 2026. The place was clean and tidy. Fantastic pool to relax in during the afternoon. ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach is close to everything at Broadbeach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We might not even bring the car next time.

We really loved our 1 bedroom studio apartment. It was very liveable, clean and well appointed. This property is well maintained and all staff we came across were friendly. The shops, cafes, restaurants and beach were very accessible, as was Pacific Fair.
