A little dated here and there and check in is at a different location, however easy to manage. The apartment block is situated perfectly in Surfers Paradise, great place to stay with a family. Room amenities are a plus, having a washing machine was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool & location are the only good thing about this apartment. The apartment is old & unloved, everything is neglected from the curtains to the air vents. Bath is chipped, dishwasher was full of dirty water. WIR full of junk. Bedroom had ants. Air vents were filthy. We had no aircon at all the first night, it was hot as hell and hard to sleep. I had to ring the rental agent 3 times before maintenance was called. Just book elsewhere & save yourself alot of trouble!

Room was not in a clean state when we arrived. There was sand bucket and 2 kick boards in the wardrobe that was not ours and still had sand in it. The light in the kitchen was blown, we asked them to fix it, no one came. One of the stove switches was broken and there were lots of fruit flies around the place. Other than that the location is tops being in central position to surfers paradise shops and beach. Pool areas were great too. Despite the cleanliness i would stay again.

Hard to reach for enquires prior to arriving. The room was not cleaned properly on check in. We booked for a family of 5 however room is only for 4. We were brought a blowup mattress later in the day with a massive hole in it. Hubby slept on the couch.
