A great location in Surfers Paradise. Nice outlook with wide elevated views towards the sea. More than enough room for our family. Kitchen super helpful for snacks and bfast. Weather wasnt good so didnt get to enjoy the pool / pool area but looked amazing.

Great location, close to beach etc, handy having coles on the ground level. One of the shower heads was broken so could only use the other shower between the 6 of us. Said they'll send someone to fix however never did. The blankets on the bed are well over due for a replacement or at least a wash.

Great location amongst shopping and cafes, restaurants. 50c tram and buses is awesome for getting around. Beach a short walk. The Apartment is quite large and has everything you need (except beach towels lol) Check in was a bit awkward (make sure you read the instructions carefully) .... could not get a hold of the letting agency when we had an issue with a ceiling light. Otherwise highly recommended

The balcony view was fantastic and definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues beyond that. The property is quite old and wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival. There were ants throughout the kitchen, which was disappointing. Communication from the host was poor, the check-in process was more complicated than it needed to be, and accessing the parking was difficult. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is significant room for improvement.

Disappointing stay—avoid this property. The photos shown on Expedia are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the Unit The room was dirty and poorly maintained, featuring broken gyprock, mouldy furniture, broken curtains, and balcony handles that didn't work. There were even trip hazards on the carpet and broken appliances. On top of the physical issues, Coastal Letting Co. was very rude and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Outdoor pools couldn't use to cold spa to cold . Indoor pool out of action. Overall nice apartment wanted ocean views got side views. I would expect you purchase a ocean veiw room it should be full ocen veiws not side on. Could be cleaned better walls dirty , floors could be cleaned better and Supply a mop so we can clean them . A little dated .

A little dated here and there and check in is at a different location, however easy to manage. The apartment block is situated perfectly in Surfers Paradise, great place to stay with a family. Room amenities are a plus, having a washing machine was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
