This was a beautiful apartment and was above our expectations. Staff very friendly when we needed something and checking in. Close to public transport and two malls. Amazing restaurants within the complex.

I had a horrible stay. I ended up checking out and checking into the casino. My keys to the elevator wouldn’t work and after three attempts of getting them changed it still wouldn’t work. I spent more time worrying about trying to get my keys changed than what I did about having a holiday so eventually I checked out and went and stayed somewhere else.

Great property - clean, safe, quiet area, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Views from level 47 were totally spectacular - even saw multiple whales in the water. Parking was good once we knew how to get around the back to the parking area.

My partner and I stayed at the property for 2 nights and really enjoyed the amenities and the casino. The rooms were well equipped and clean. We were able to check in at 11am and were very grateful. Pacific Fair is next to the property with lots of dining options. The only negative is the directions for parking. They are quite confusing.

I would’ve given 5 star if the lifts didn’t take 2 business days (40mins) to wait. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had with the 2 pools available, breakfast buffet options, and the beautiful 2 bedroom with a view of both the sunset and sunrise. We will surely come again (hopefully by then the lifts will be on time). Thank you The Star Residences for an awesome experience

Having access to three pools was fantastic for the kids. Views from our balcony was amazing on 47th floor. We had a two bedroom apartment and it had everything you need. Only complaints were the beds are small so two big adults in one meant not a great sleep, and the only couch was pretty uncomfortable and wouldn’t fit your whole family. It was a lovely apartment though. Modern and clean.
