The room service must be improved. The room was not cleaned on one night while the service signal was on before we went out in the morning. The carpet was always not vacuumed over the 7-day stay as the dust and tissue paper residual could still be seen.

Check in was rough, the lady at the counter couldn’t care less. We asked for higher floor but was given room # 535. View at room 535 was literally multiple mechanical plants, what made it worse was human hairs on the floor and brown stain on toilet bowl when we went to use it for the first time. Robe track was covered in dust too. Parking validation process was painful. The same lady at the check in made it very vague that they may be able to waive it if we spend or play. We then served by the same lady after dinner (another unpleasant experience) as asked to validate the parking, then got told all done. We were also offered to changed to a different room, but can tell she didn’t want to assist further. Upon check out, we were asked to pay for parking. To this point we all felt the whole stay became a joke. The lady at the check out show no emotion, maybe I am just a bronze member. In conclusion, service was less than average, although the room appeared a bit tired, but was evident that cleaning was rushed. Would be nice if the counter clerk could put on some smiles. Food hygiene and safety needs to be looked at but this was a separate issue.

Front Desk staffs was fast and polite. Check in and Check Out was pleasant. Lucas was very efficient with our Check out, he helped us with validating car park, didn't have to wait long. Room given was what we wanted, Ocean and great surrounding views. Bed and pillows was so comfortable, we all slept well. House Keeping was excellent, keeping our towels cleaned constantly and made our bed & left chocolates when we went out for dinner. The dining experiences at Harvest Buffet was better than we expected, food was tasty and everything was kept refilled, great choices available. The concert experiences was fabulous at the Star, lighting and sound system was on the spot, close walking proximity from Dining Hall. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. Will return for another concert, stay and dine in near future.

Car park requires validating each day. Requires standing in line which wastes our holiday days. Not enough staff at reception. Staff in the Sports Bar was rude. Staff in M&G cafe also rude. They require free parking for guests staying at the hotel. There process is terrible.
