Great riverfront location

Awesome location opposite the Tallebudgera Creek. We paddled every day, facing only a short walk to put our kayaks into the water. Front outdoor deck area was the focus for much of our time. Only took one star off for the absence of the dishwasher described in the listing.

Great place, location, but an uncomfortable start

Loved the location and place. However upon arriving in there was no toilet paper (not a great experience with little ones), there was wet and stinky towels on all the beds, no clean linen and the place initially stank. It was a stressful start, but most of it was resolved in all few hours after arriving. We didn’t have hand towels and bath mats until later the next day, but that was manageable. After an initial rocky start we could relax add enjoy the beautiful scenery. Besides the check in issues, lack of apology/compensation for the stress and hassle caused the place is great and I’d recommend it to anyone that loves being near the water.
