Check in process was flawed because emails from hotels.com contained incorrect information. Apartment was well appointed, noting there was considerable noise from the surrounding building sites due to its low level in the building. Only feedback would be while the mat in the lounge might have looked nice, it was extremely uncomfortable to walk on bare foot.

Lovely property with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. I recommend staying at Sandbar. Nice walk into Burleigh, good coffee a block over the highway at Paddock, a Coles is a walkable distance away. The only downside was absolutely no glasses of any sort that I could find, no water glasses, no wine glasses etc, odd so I did raise this when I checked out and hopefully it will be addressed.

The lady at Burleigh Letting gave us a later checkout which helped greatly with relatives flying in at different times for a family celebration. I stayed on Level 26 last year booked through the Sandbar reception, unfortunately this stay was not as good. The room could have been cleaner. I don't think the table or living room furniture had been cleaned, the front of the stove was not clean. There were no tissues or paper towel and the pillows were like rocks and nothing could be sought from reception to assist. The IPAD for air conditioning was not operating when we arrived and we had to work out how to reset it and a resolution was attempted to be sought by the Burleigh letting Admin Assistant, and was helpful. The beds are great, view spectacular. A coffee machine would be great other than instant coffee. Those small things would improve the stay significantly.
