Nice enough but needs improvements
Location very accessible to everything
Beds very uncomfortable
Gas was a problem as on bottles and there was a problem getting gas
Couldn’t use pool as it was freezing cold so that was disappointing
Bedroom spaces were great
Couch was nice and big but uncomfortable
Cleaning products need upgrades
Not enough T-paper - when u book a house that holds 14 people you need more than 1 roll in bathrooms
For the length of stay we did a cleaner should have come at least once to clean through and change bedding

Great location
The house is in a great location. Enough space for the families we had staying. We enjoyed having the gas fire and outdoor area to gather together. The property is walking distance to Pacific Fair & Broadbeach which was very useful during our stay.The overall cleanliness was good. But my criticism is the beds are very uncomfortable. The bunks were quite noisy and the shaggy carpet seemed dirty. The kids did swim in the pool but were unable to for a long period of time as the water was freezing. The was a construction of a new house next door so we had to listen to quite loud hammering and the noise of cranes from an early hour.
