The rooms were spotless, the apartment is approximately 4 years old so, very modern. I loved the appliances including, the fridge was a great size. We had all the things needed while being away from home. Was pleasantly surprised when exploring the lounge area I found a little library. Close to the restaurants, bars beach and tram line. Abit of feedback is having slightly larger coffee cups and sharp knives to cut vegetables like tomatoes. Loved our stay though and looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Beautiful apartment couldn’t fault anything. So spacious, clean and amazing location. The reception was first class, extremely helpful and polite. We didn’t want to leave would highly recommend staying here. 10/10 😊

Sewerage smelling room

The hotel looked nice enough but there was a revolting smell in the room that got worse. We were only there for a long weekend and could not get another room due to the hotel being fully booked. Our room was advertised as having secure parking but we were told we had to park in the visitor parks which were full each night so we had to find a park on the street. Reception is only open during certain hours and then there is an after hours service which basically just took messages that were not followed up on. We had no follow up from reception through our stay when we complained about the smell or parking. We asked for air freshener but were told they had none so had to go and buy our own. We had to spray the room with air freshener and leave the doors open if we were in the room to make it bearable. If we went out and then returned after having the doors closed the smell was horrendous. Similar to a really bad sewerage smell. We couldn’t eat in the room due to the smell. This was not cheap accomodation and the lack of service along with the horrendous smell has meant we would not return and not recommend this hotel. I would have preferred a refund at the time so we could find pleasant accomodation elsewhere.
