My stunning apartment is a resort-style accommodation located just 100 m from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach on the Gold Coast. It has a partial ocean view and is a great choice for travelers interested in relaxation, food, and theme parks. There is so much to do and see in Australia's most celebrated destination - Surfers Paradise, such as award-winning restaurants, bars festivals, and endless golden beaches.
This apartment is located on level 16 and pictures on Airbnb are taken in the unit.
We can host a maximum of 4 guests in this unit. The stylish self-contained apartment has a partial ocean view and features
- a bedroom with a queen bed and TV
- a living room with a TV and a sofa bed ( There is an extra cost to use the sofa bed..)
- a well-functioned kitchen with a dining table
- a bathroom with a walking shower and toilet
- a laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- a balcony with outdoor furniture
The air conditioning unit is available in the living room and bedroom.
There are free parking on-premises. The car park cannot be reserved AND FIRST COMES FIRST RESERVES. Due to availability, the car park can not be guaranteed in the peak season.

• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $50 fee will be applicable between 9 a.m-5 p.m, a $100 fee will be applicable between 5 p.m-10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
