I have stayed at this property before as well. It use to be good and I had good experience there but this time this was not the case. At check in there was Maori lady in her 50's. Who was not at all welcoming, so start of the holiday was not on positive note. Rooms are getting bit old as well. But location of this property is 5 star along with views.

Location, Room and view were fantastic. Unfortunately a spa bath that didn’t work along with lifts that took 10min plus multiple times and were crammed (common frustration experienced by guests whilst we were there) bought this experience rating down.

My family and i stayed here for my mother’s birthday. Unfortunately we had many issues with the rooms, a few considered to be no fans running in the bathroom of both rooms as there was mold building up. The outdoor pool was always covered with shade and no sunlight was present. The elevator always stopped every 3 levels with no one pressing the button. No one comes to clean the room everyday. No one advised us of the second pool

room was lovely and clean, amenities are good, arcade needs a little bit of a revamp due to damage from patrons but still fun on rainy days. The lifts were half working during our stay due to them being swapped out due to age and parts availability which slowed down getting in and out of the hotel, but this can't be helped and will be better in the long run for future stays. The hotel is in a great location for everything and a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.

Lifts in north tower were all broken apart from one. Waited 45 minutes at 5pm on a Friday afternoon to try get to our room, ended up leaving and coming back later. Lift wait times throughout stay were lengthy as not all lifts were in working order 25 minutes to get off our floor in a lift during departure

it was amazing !!! the location is lovely, no more than a 5 minute walk to everything! the staff is so nice and friendly, always there to help out if you need them. so many facilities available, and the breathtaking view as well. it was the loveliest hotel experience i’ve ever gotten, worth every cent. everything is accessible, the room’s clean, the area around is also very clean, views and facilities are to die for. you will not regret!
