The location was excellent - close to the tram line, easy walking distance to Surfers, and a beautiful view from the 20th floor. The apartment itself was neat and tidy on arrival. However, several issues impacted our stay and could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t working, the dishwasher was leaking, so there was constant water on the kitchen floor, and the Wi-Fi didn't work efficiently for the duration of our 5-day stay. We also had to send multiple messages to the host with limited responsiveness, and the main issues still weren’t resolved by checkout.In terms of amenities, there was no kitchen bin (only a lid), no dishwashing liquid, no laundry detergent, no bottle opener, no broom to sweep up, and only one toilet roll per room provided for five days. With better responsiveness from the host and basic essentials provided, this would be an excellent stay given the location and views.

Poorly maintained apartments air vents not covered in toilets and bedroom which led to dust going everywhere and one of the "rooms" was previously a slide door walk in closet that they shoved 2 single beds in 0/10 if i could give

Pluses: great sized apartment. Looked better than its photos. The external grounds (pool area, garden area, tennis courts) are well maintained and look great. Location is good and close to tram. Friendly staff. Good price if you just want somewhereto crash. Cons: room was not ready when we arrived at 4.30pm, despite giving management 1 hr notice. Fob did not work for the elevator.Was nearly locked of room out as key did not work for the door (had to call security). Was issued a tow warning for our car despite talking with security the night before who assured us it would be fine. Aircon leaked consistently and did not work. Balcony door was jammed shut. Road noise from 20 stories up was quite audible.C

No curtains

Whilst the views are magnificent out of high rises in surfers curtains are necessary The unite was not ready to be rented no curtains in main bedroom minimal shampoo body soap unhooking clock no wifi despite being advertised Whilst the managing agent tried to fix curtain Situation there were still windows with no curtains
