Check-in was handled through the security office, which was inconvenient. The shared pool with The Langham was poorly maintained; the pool area was often dirty, with empty glasses left unattended, and it appeared understaffed. The room was overpriced for what was offered, and the amenities were below the standard expected at this price point. There was no line dryer provided—only a dryer—so there was nowhere to air-dry delicates. The balcony was fully enclosed and fitted with just two chairs, limiting its usability. One of the windows did not close fully, which was also concerning. While the location was good, the apartment itself was extremely small. I understand its attraction but cannot recommend this to others. There are better options.

Great accommodation but come prepared - skimped on basics (ie no salt, no oil, no dishwashing liquid, etc) and left miniature and single use version of soap, etc for 4 people made for a no frills experience. Honesty in telling guests to come prepared would have saved all the inconvenience and constant back and forth to the shops.

Absolutely stunning apartment! Highly recommend to stay. The only shortfall is no reception to pick up the keys, took us a while to turn around. But the view, the facility and condition of the apartment itself well worth it!

The location of this property is on the ocean front. You literally wake up to the ocean and the sunrise. The property is large and caters for 6 people very well as it as 2 large bathrooms. A full kitchen is included with utensils and bathroom prepared with towels and personal care products. Check in was smooth, property management is extremely helpful. The unit is brand new. This place really is value for money. You are able to access the Jewel North podium pool which is private and includes a garden. Not to mention all the facilities available to you in the Langham. Highly recommended! I can't wait to return.
Master bedroom, this room has its loan little balcony space. We moved ourselves out from the bed on to the balcony around 5.30 am and watched the sunrise. Magical
This is the second bedroom that overlooks the hinterlands. It also has access to the balcony

Full laundry, can do your washing, property managers provided us with laundry detergents. There is a steam iron in the unit.
