The room looked very tired, not like what is on the photos, the bedroom light was very weak. The shower light didnt work and the dust under and behind the beds filled the dust pan when i swept it.. i dont think the cleaners clean under or behind the beds i just wouldnt stay there again

The apartment size and location was ideal however there was never any staff around at the front desk, nor would they answer any calls or call back. The beds and pillows were horrible in the family 1 bedroom apartment, that I slept on the couch after the first night. We woke up with sore necks and backs everyday. Carpet was dirty so I vacuumed when we arrived due to so much hair on the carpets it was disgusting.

Terrible reception hours, room cleaning didn't make beds and left things untidy, fridges didn't have basic items like water bottles, laundry had no washing powder and bathrooms/kitchen had no soap.
